Not sure about concrete. I think of granite as about $120/sf installed. What you see here is Richlite, which was $41/sf installed (about 10 years ago), though I haven't seen it nearly that cheap since.

How did you install the fiber cement siding? Did you use a reveal channel or did you just space it?
Hi - yes, it's cedar, installed as a rain screen.
