When considering the use of Corten for the water feature installation, did you seal or somehow

know how these floors were done and the actual color? - dye, stain, acid, water? Thanks
Does anyone know if these concrete floors were skim coated?
I think they use a special wax and a polishing machine after the concrete floor has dried out.
To me it appears to be very slightly acid stained concrete or possibly stined then acid washed to remove some of the color, then sealed

It's board-formed cast in place concrete.
The concrete sub-stair goes below the frost line (which is 16" in Seattle). Both the base and finish treads are natural gray concrete, but end up
monolithic pour - pretty much what you'd do for a typical concrete staircase. I don't have access right now to the construction drawings, but I believe the nosing

mild steel will continue to oxidize till it rusts out- not a problem if the water running off the wall goes into a flower bed filled with plants that like
