This house was built on existing logs from the previous houseboat. Regarding a new houseboat, we are unsure of the the city's allowance nor time frame.

This type of door can be found at most door suppliers. It has brushed chrome square hinges. Door Hardware is either Emtek or FSB. The door is set in a metal frame.
