Floor to ceiling bookshelves with ladder
I love the loft feel...the concrete floors, the ladders and tracks and would love a dbl. swing
Good floor idea and floor to ceiling bookshelf with ladder is sweet.
Good use of high ceilings, but it has a lot of windows so good for light.

These bookshelves were custom designed and built. Depending on where you live, that is sometimes no more expensive than buying pre-built.
I don't know what type of floor lamp they have but glad you like it!

two colors: a small patterned pillow on the club chair, tabletop accessories and organizers on the desk, then maybe a few graphic objects on the bookshelves. Starting with art is always a safe bet for incorporating color. Just remember this quote: "Good art won't match your sofa."
found out the cost of creating them was minimal." The change was made on the fly, and these added angles bounce the light and add dimension to the ceiling. The painting is by local Austin artist Will Klemm.
