Nice flooring, I think this is an Epoxy paint.
love the floors and you can see how the stairs tie into the floor. I'd like the dark wood with cable rails and maybe, if it's too much wood, we can consider another material for the rail if it's overkill on the wood.

We used Sherwin Williams, Harmony, No VOC paint. I don't have the color on record.
