This is the model unit for modern live-work lofts. The loft features 23 foot high ceilings, a spiral staircase, and an open bedroom mezzanine.

Hello!! Where can I get what you are hanging on the wall (the orange fabric)?
This is indeed a 23 foot high concrete wall. No stains or sealers on it. It is a town home and the wall on the other side of the room is drywall.

Where can you find spots like those which span between walls?
To make a real brick wall is not a DIY project. Brick is heavy and needs structural support; how much depends on the height and width of the wall. Angle iron has to be installed at the bottom, for crush factor, it needs a solid substrate
substrate (not sheetrock) and must be supported from below, unless you are slab on grade. If you like the look and the wall you'd like to do is in between 2 walls (no outsie corners) you can "fake" it by using thin brick. Google thin brick to see manufacturers and colors. Hope this helps.
