can you tell ,e what product u used on the beams

I'd love to know what type of wood has been used and if it's been treated in any way.
What is the treatment on the exposed steel beams?
On the floor what type of wood is this? Looks like Hickory
doing rustic hickory, open like this. Hickory stairs, I am planning on doing strips of carpet like this on treads....I have yet to figure out how we will install them. Wondering how you did so? If I want to replace them down the road, I'm afraid that glue down may make that difficult to then replace

I like the beam colour for the main house. I think it works well with the hickory wood floor. I would choose similar colour for the concrete countertops.
