I think the warmth of htis modern space is amazing. Sometimes minimal architecture leaves me cold, but this home's use of rich wood and large windows is inviting and friendly - and surprising in the midst of a gray city street.

No we didn`t, we used a standard overhang on these countertops, hope that helps!

True red is an automatic attention-grabber and that's great when you want to make a bold statement or draw attention to a specific feature of a room.
