Im putting drapes on one side only and need similar rods
were 6 foot wooden rods cut down to size. To save money, you can purchase wooden rods at Lowe's and cut them down to fit any size window. Thanks!
The draperies in this room were custom. For more information please contact McCroskey Interiors: email@example.com. Thanks!
Love the panels on the individual rods and the inset shutter.
Thank you for your comments! The bedding was from Nell Hills in Kansas City, the rug is from the "Rug Studio" in Overland Park KS and the draperies were custom to match the upholstered headboard. Thanks!

Where can I find curtain rods like these?
Hi, I love the canopy idea with curtain rods. Can this be done if the bed is a queen size the the window is slightly wider then the bed. Also the window is in a condo and is a sliding to one side
Bedding/Drapery/Pillows were all custom made for Milieu Design Group. Furniture (bed & desk & chair & dresser & mirror) are all made by Patina. Thanks for the questions & stopping by my Houzz page. :)
Where do you buy those curtain rods? Great idea as canopy for beds!
Beautiful setting. Still hoping to find an arched rod similar to those in the picture. Any lead since your last comment?

can you please tell me how long the curtain rod is here and where did you purchase it from ...thank you
The rod is about 11 feet. It was purchased from Canadian Drapery Hardware which sells to trade only. I'm not sure what retailers carry it. It was custom - 2 six foot rods that were cut to size. Your interior decorator or designer can work
having the drapery behind the headboard and to the outer sides of the windows

how do you hang that long rod w/out middle support
I have a slider and I cant separate the curtains to part on either side i need them to stack to one side which means i cant have a middle support but i do not know where to find a rod suitable which will not bend or sag in the middle
The gauge of the rods will dictate the span. I've used chromed steel pipe on spans up to 18', but these are not light and require additional backing in the walls. ( an extra
only like the way it's hung at the rod, I don't necessarily like the sheers
Can someone please explain how the drapes are hung behind the cornice?? Are curtain rods used? Are the drapes attached to the cornice itself. I don't understand how the drapes come up the sides of the cornice as well as lay flat on the wall
The draperies were sewn up into the cornice. The cornice was only 8-10 inches deep so the draperies appear to lay flat against the wall. Thanks!
cut in half (raw edges sanded), then one side of the velcro was applied to the circle edge, and the other applied along the drapery's top edge on the reverse side. The drapery was then velcroed to the board. 2 "L" brackets (available at Home Depot) were screwed into the bottom of the coronet's straight
The draperies have a "pinch pleat" at the top. Thanks!
Use: Clothing rodResult: While perhaps not the most practical rod in the world, a branch is a visually interesting one and is perfect for displaying just a few favorite items in an artful way
clothes racks, curtain rods and more. If you come across a branch with a good shape, take it home, clean it up and put it to work as functional decor. A twisted or gently curving branch can become a one-of-a-kind clothing rack, while a slim, straight branch can be used as a curtain rod. Smaller pieces can
