Model home bedroom
The tropical mural, terrycloth bedspread and canopy style window decor give this beachside model home bedroom a feeling of a day at the beach.
i would like to make that wall picture in my bedroom
Here's a wonderful take on a soft awning that completes the feel of this beach-themed bedroom. The large wall-to-wall beach photo is such a powerful focal point. By simply adding a soft awning like this one you feel like you are on the outside of a cafe looking at the beach.

A colorful paisley accent wall adds a sense of buzz and excitement to this tween girl's bedroom. The large scale and pared-down style of the pattern push it into modern territory; a smaller, swirlier print would have looked too formal.

Harlem Residence Children's Room
Instead of providing separate bedrooms for the two young children, we designed a single large bedroom with a sliding wall of Douglas fir. Half of the space can be configured as a playroom, with the children sleeping on the other side. The playroom can also function as a guest room. Photo by Ofer Wolberger
Where can I find more information about the mat used in the children's bedroom?
The thickness of this wall is 9 1/2" because the doors are each 2 1/4" thick. This is thicker than normal because the doors are so large. A more typical pocket door may be around 6 1/2" thick, although there are companies that sell track kits that can fit in a 2x4 stud wall. Hope this

When kids outgrow their toddler-themed bedroom, they often ask for a new space that has some kind of drama. Whether it’s a favourite colour or special hobby, the kids always provide the starting point. However, their parents are always eager to maximize function and minimize budgets, knowing perfectly
The chalkboard is great. I want to make one that is very large in scale like the one in the photo. What surface was used? I was thinking mdf board but there would likely be seams since I couldn't find one piece that large.
great idea to dedicate one wall for chalkboard art in a child's bedroom

entertained Kids are always getting into trouble for writing on walls, but make your home different by giving your young ones creative licence on their bedroom walls. A chalkboard feature wall will allow kids to draw and write whatever they please, and will hopefully lessen the temptation to do the same on
