first contacted Schrader & Companies, they planned on renovating their 1970's home. They loved the location, but the house needed work. As they talked through
it soon became apparent that it wouldn't cost much more to tear down the home and build new. "The homeowners loved that idea," says Andy Schrader. Their
shape on the beautiful lot in a well-developed Minnetonka neighborhood. The homes shingle and stone exterior infused with painstaking details. Thanks to Schrader
Martha O'Hara Interiors (they are on Houzz). They did the staging for this home.
