Led w/battery back up for power outages. Just put two duplex plug in each alcove at the top and use Bakelite socket plugs to add lights or plug in radios. Currently using one duplex w/ a standard plug side and the other a usb power plug.

There is a need for the doors to move about and backwards and up and down though so keep the locking and interchangeable aspects so you can do shelves, desks, open sections, fit larger items in the cubbies.... It's Sentousai tile. I ordered it and it looks fabulous installed!

How wide are the wood planks?

I do have a pocket door between my master BR and it's adjacent bathroom, but privacy isn't a concern there and an inward-opening door was
problematic in their function; mine have warped just enough to scrape as they open, making marks on the door's paint. It could be caused by poor installation, but I've seen it happen too often and won't be using pockets in my new home. If doors interfere with a dining or living room space, another option
good sized playroom for the size space i have. the space i have is sort of skinny, and it's in the garage so there's lots of other things around. like how my dad likes wine so there's a wine rack out there, and the freezer, and the water heater. i guess i have to have a small amount of things to have space

looking for something similar (I have 7 windows that are 115" by 115" in my living room that I need to cover for privacy and light control) but am unsure how the larger shades will hold up.
Roller shades are Hunter-Douglas purchased from an installer, so I don't have more detail than that (sorry!). Our longest shade is 9' long.-J
