Thank you for the kind words. As an alternative to granite (and marble/limestone, etc.) you might consider any of the numerous quartz products now available. They can be more or less expensive that stone slabs, depending on the particular stone, and are typically less susceptible to scratching, staining
the accurate rendition of colors on a digital screen. You need to start with paint chips and graduate to sample boards created from the actual paint product. I suggest contacting an architect, interior designer, or colorist in your area to help you. I'm sorry I can't be of more help.
