The kitchen sits at the top of the stairs and services the attached dining room. This design takes the staircase and moves it to the interior of the home, placing the kitchen in the "pit" and the dining room on the sunny, light-filled landing. The kitchen stays light and bright thanks to doses of white

so much kitchen equipment is bought indiscriminately by people who just come in for men's underwear."Be picky about the pots, pans, small appliances and other kitchen tools you buy. Do your research, test things out at a friend's house, ask salespeople questions. Approach these purchases like you'd approach
and your kitchen are worth it. If you need to go pick up some men's underwear after you're done, that's OK too.

LOVE this kitchen. Thank you for your help!
for the kitchen was 10'-0". You need a step stool to reach upper shelves with this height of cabinetry, but most of my clients prefer to make use of that extra storage space, rather than creating a bulkhead or a dust-collecting space on top of cabinets. It's also a cleaner look for a modern aesthetic

particular kitchen. I only use this dimension where the aesthetic is very modern and where we are not short on storage space. The ceiling height is quite high here, so we weren't really losing any space (though you do need a step stool to reach the highest shelves). I still use 18" for most of my projects

for this kitchen... ...I love the matte finish and the color is perfect. IMO, Laminate is underrated - There are many nice options out there, it's so economical and much easier to maintain than marble or butcherblock!

This unusual sunken kitchen originally had a closed off feeling to it with only one narrow entrance into the room. Our client loves to cook and entertain. She didn't want to be removed from her guests. We widened the orginal opening and added two additional openings. Now she has great flow for her parties and can still be a part of the fun!
