Why would you worry about hygiene? Everything wipes right up just as if the dishes were on the floor, and the dishes are easily removable so they can be washed or put in the dishwasher.

Like the composition. It's not overloaded with high wall cupborads like some kitchens I saw there on the site. I saw not them all but I wonder why in all af them (classical, neoclassical, close to classical designed) are always used "modern designed", strictly square formed appliances? I don't even
the colour of ovens, hobs and so on (there's always a colour of stainless steel or chrome) - just about the form for the beginning. In other words why "classical formed" appliances are not in use? Maybe I saw too little?
did you pull up the countertop granite in a 4"backsplash? and may I ask why? I can't decide if I should do the 4" or 3" or not. I will have white shaker cabs and AB honed countertops. Am considering leaving painted back walls
