The header height of all of the windows is 8 feet. The ceilings are a little over 9 feet high. Hope this helps!

fine with the cabinets but the white trim is fighting with the darker wood tones, black counters and backsplash. Consider painting the trim around the window and base board the same color as the walls or a shade lighter. Look for a very large scaled framed poster or blackboard on the opposite wall to balance

The narrow cabinets by the door. Something like this would be nice under the dining room window.
So when is it good to have a single-wall kitchen? This confined room is a great example of when it's ideal. A galley kitchen would make the floor space too small and eat into the window opening.

The are Eagle Axiom wood clad windows. The wood species is Douglas Fir.

Is it safe to have window so close to cooktop? I would love to have my cooktop on the window wall.

Hi. Was there any regulation related to installing windows directly above a gas stove top?
to having the range in front of a window (mostly around distance to combustible material). We are having to replace the window behind the exhaust... (We opted for a simple picture window - can't open/close it, but I'm still very pleased to be looking out the window while cooking.)
