Install an indoor/outdoor showerBlurring the lines between indoors and out is a sure signifier of coastal living. A partially outdoor shower or wash room is perfect for cleaning off sand after a sunny day at the shore.
“They wanted something that was durable, could take abuse and would not require much maintenance,” Richardson says. The room has two toilets, two shower stalls, two sinks and built-in storage for towels. The owners added storage for dishes and glasses, and a dishwasher so they could easily clean up

It comes in a variety of thicknesses and finishes and 3-form also carries hardware for may kinds of installations. Go to http://www.3-form.com/ to see their beautiful website and I'm sure they'd be happy
able to answer specific questions and may be able to recommend a local fabricator. Another resource locally for you could be a respected glass and shower door company. I would be concerned about water penetrating at the edge of the material. What is shown here is essentially a sandwich of two layers
