Over and over again, I found single yellow pieces that really popped against a neutral room. The color is strong enough to work on it's own, but it never overwhelms.

recommend using solid carrara for the backsplash, or a carrara type honed (my counter is honed) subway tile, or a solid color subway. The walls will be neutral, maybe elmira white. I would appreciate any suggestions and imput. Thanks so much
sample paints from Farrow and Ball now. There paint seems very tempermental to the eastern facing light and prefers a cooler light. I am not a decorator, so I am not sure why the colors are so different from wall to wall. This is the first time I have used F&B Paint.
