What is the vent/hood system in this kitchen?
Does the down draft from the vent effect the burner flames
wall downdrafts" manufactured by Parmco in New Zealand. The shipping $250, was more than the unit! Shame that local HVAC people cant design a simple vent, duct it out with an exhaust.
appliance brand downdraft and must have been specially designed and made. That is a wolf range and like most pro ranges they do not suggest down venting. This looks like a really smart way of achieving the best of both. I've been in appliance sales and service for 16 years with over 60 brands offered
The unit we used, augmented the pop up vent on the back of the stove. We used a mechanical engineer to design the system. I suggest you do the same since every condition is different.
