Thanks! The floors are 9" pine that were installed just after the residence was closed in. This allowed the floors to get beat up during the construction process. The floors were then screened and finished.

my sincerest apologies for such a late response! This built in bench/banquette and table was custom made by Draper-DBS from Pennsylvania. We installed this in our showroom a few years back to maximize the space usage and avoid the clearance issues we often face with the dining table and chair combination

The outlets are underneath the wall cabinets where the undercabinet lighting is installed. It is called plugmold. it is a wonderful solution to hide outlets and not have them interrupt your backsplash area.
