I love the picture of the girl. I would like to have a large picture like this of my children and have that be the design inspiration for family room or front room.
Like the long low built in's might be good under your dining room window. Also, like the lighting in the cabinets.

remodel in a few weeks. We are doing something similar to this, and I have a question. 1) We are opening up a wall between our kitchen and dining room. Our kitchen island is only 24" deep. Do you think that we can put lights over our table in the soon to be opened dining area, and not put any above

Consider how you will be using this kitchen and whether factors such as children or high traffic could rule out options that might not be conducive to your needs. 3) Color palette. the space! Do you know dimensions of the 2 rooms?
My L-shaped kitchen is 11.5 * 11.3 with a half wall and walkway leading into the dining room, same as this picture but the half wall (6.5 long) is on the other side of the room, the right of this picture and there is a bearing wall on the right.
What is length from the cabinets to the end of room near the door?
thank you, is there a picture including refrigerator?
cabinet opening made to fit. Be sure to notice that most microwaves hinge on the left - so place it in a way you can easily access it. I allow extra room around the microwave for adequate ventilation and in case it needs to be replaced - a new microwave can be found to fit the opening.

A second guest room, plus another bath, is in the lower level, along with a media/playroom and an exercise room. The original carport is down there, too, and just inside there is room for the family

I am doing a kitchen in the same color using the Windsor door style but have never seen a picture of one done that way. Your room is beautiful. May consider a door style change. Cabinet handles look great. Thank you

Praise for a room well done!
absolutely love this room. You do beautiful work!! i'll definitely be checking out
Otherwise, the island will be very off center, little room for table, etc. How do the homeowners like it?
What size room do you need to be able to duplicate this?
Is it possible to see a picture?
stunning!!! I need to find someone who can make this happen in our kitchen! Our island is the reverse of this picture. It's hard to picture the opposite and if it would cramp our living room area. Just dreamy, great job!!

In the kitchen, this means a place that can be used by children, adults, elderly, and even those with varying disabilities. Microwaves are being placed at or below counter level, built into lower cabinets for ease
stoves, and wider pathways are great for those in a wheelchair. A small change that makes a big impact is replacing knobs that can be hard to grasp for children and those with arthritis.
