It is a Porcelain tile called 'Stoneboard' in the color 'Mikri'
of the grout joints in this shot, I'd say that this is a ceramic or porcelain tile floor. Either of those materials are extremely resilient and stain-resistant
I sort of like how handle color blends in; stainless handles sometimes stand out too much.

Sorry for very late response... the cabinetry handles are from Katalog.co.nz. It sounds like you have found something similar
and were the most minimal I could find. The upper cupboards do not have handles.
