beam. Pros- has the old fashioned, modern style. affordable. good lighting. sound would be clear. Cons- looks undone. this would look good in a living room or kitchen.
Open bean ceiling. Pros it looks cozy and warm, It makes the room look bigger. It might get really dusty, it can get in the way.
Open beam Pros - makes the room look really big, the sounds would echo cause the ceiling is so high and I love how bright it looks. Cons - hard to maintain and keep clean, and I imagine the room would get really hot quickly. I would put this in my hallway or living room.
Open Beam pros - ifs the open beams were with a high ceiling it would make the room feel more open and larger than it really is. cons - Echo if ceiling is high. and if the beams are dark then the room will feel dark and gloomy This open beam style would be nice in a bachelor suit
