ge This countertop is by ThinkGlass. It looks like an Aqua color ( they also offer Crystal color ). The edge is a textured edge, they also have polished and brushed. You can see more of their applications on www.ThinkGlass.com.

The Glass is from ThinkGlass ( www.thinkglass.com ). You can contact them directly and they will redirect you to the nearest dealer. The glass countertops are 1.5 inch thick and beautifully textured.

What are the double-sided glass cabinets above the island?
ordered “prepped for glass” then we have a local glass fabricator custom cut the glass per the dimensions we need. There are many types of glass that can be used. The glass in the picture is called water glass. Hope that helps!

We've almost completed our kitchen, but we are at opposite ends about the kind of backsplash we want to use. I want to install the glass backsplash for its simplicity and stylish accent. Although my husband loves it, he wants to make sure about its durability, practicality, safety, etc
I understant that is glass tile
If you go solid glass for the back splash it should be made out of tempered glass. Sometimes referred to as Safety glass. It will be safer, won't crack as easy and will be resistant to hot objects placed near it. Tempered glass is similar to all but the newest automobile

backsplash is this? I chose a white diamond/delicatus granite for my espresso cabs....any suggestions as to the backsplash....Should I go with a solid glass or mosaic tiles....the counters are kind of busy with white, taupe, gray and brown in them...any suggestions???? Thanks for your input....

purchase floating sliding glass cabinets because they aren't manufactured anymore,these cabinets are from the 1960's.If you want one you'll have to have one custom built from a cabinetmaker or woodworking shop in your area. The hardware for these can be bought at most glass shops.
