What is the quality of the crystals on this light? Are they cloudy at all? Also what is the width of the canopy piece at the ceiling that the wires hang on?

Where is the track light from..?
The customer supplied it themselves, so I would follow the recommendation from Clear Lighting and Electrical Design above. Pre-bent S curve if I were to guess!
