Love the smooth, sleek look of the flooring. Can you please tell me a little more about it and the pros and cons.
What material did you use for the bathroom backsplash?
Grohe is sleeker and the price is comparable. I ordered the Grohe Concetto vanity faucets (the angled one called NEW). I have settled (I think) on a sleek Krauss double sink but it's 32", just want to make sure it fits their 35-7/8" cab. For some reason Ikea says their 30" must have a min 35-7/8" cab.
Thirdstone - excellent input about the high gloss panels. I think this is an exciting line for both the kitchen and for the bathroom. They are easy to work with for a DIY'er (they can be drilled and cut with normal woodworking tools), come in a variety of colors and are waterproof

Probably too sleek, big and modern for our house but I like it
others. The kitchen here shows another great potential cooktop design. If it works for your lifestyle, eliminating cabinetry underneath results in a sleek, airy and contemporary look.

love no pulls/handles ... makes the kitchen so sleek
The built-in flourescent lighting over the work area.is just right...keeps the sleek linear lines from getting interrupted. The coloured recessed ceiling lighting is a nice twist.
Like they used to say in the Brylcreem ads: A little dab’ll do ya. Here a paprika-colored runner warms up a sleek, contemporary kitchen, instilling just enough spice to take some of the chill off the room.

A bit sleek and symmetrical, but like the large knobs instead of long bars.

Sleek cabinets, painted light gray make them almost disappear.
After determining the clients' storage needs, English set out to transform the existing "chopped up and distracting" 1960s kitchen into "a sleek, simple-looking kitchen where everything is in its place." He accomplished this by approaching the cabinet design and arrangement as a chance to create "inhabited
