With ought water holes drilled beneath how will plants not getvwaterlogged
Love the wall garden! How do the plants get sufficient sun?
Do you happen to have a source for the herb garden prop?
Are there directions somewhere on how to create the wall herb garden?
R those herbs growing there , or just arranged , good design
My question is, are you growing or drying the herbs, or both?
Growing plants in jars with no drainage will likely rot the roots and get the soil moldy within a week (could get kind of smelly too). Also, with no outdoor ventilation, little white bugs will swarm herbs. This plant wall would work well outside with supports to hold drainage

when did you instal that planter? How long did it last, is it still in use and thriving in the same location?
Won't the soil crumble when being watered?
the base of the plant to reduce any soil fines that would drop, also when watering you can mist the soil which will help keep the soil moist.

What else would you put here besides wine bottles. With 3 teenage boys thinking something else would be better sitting out. Love the idea of the herbs, and even the wine during parties... just couldn't think what else would look good sitting there.

bring herbs indoors for the fall and winter. Most herbs require six hours of sunlight, so keep them in a sunny spot, preferably one with direct southern or eastern exposure. Get the basics for growing herbs in containersOnce the containers are prepped and ready, choose which herbs to plant based on

There's nothing quite like snipping fresh herbs when you need them, and the life they'll add to the space can't be beat.
When a ceiling of glass isn’t feasible, a large greenhouse-style window is the next best thing. A setup like this is a great option if you want to grow plants that require an ample amount of sunlight or just want to feel closer to nature than a typical window would allow.

I would love to create a space like this when I remodel my kitchen, and I'd like to know how much space I would need to accomplish this. Thanks! :)

1. Tend to green plants and fresh flowers. Living plants add fresh oxygen to the air and remove toxins, which is especially important for our homes in fall and winter, when we open our windows less often. But beyond plants' air-purifying effect, the act of tending to living plants or arranging cut flowers
Monitor indoor potted plants for signs of disease and pests. Whiteflies are easily taken care of with soapy water and traps, while others can be harder to get rid of. If a plant falls prey, quarantine it quickly so other plants don't become infested.
