I love the contrast of the bright green and the blue conifers and also that they are so nice and low growing. I would like to know the names of them.
Yes, this is Zone 6, full sun. Juniper blue star and Japanese Garden Juniper, russian sage, nepeta, miscanthus Adagio, all happy in full sun.

Hi- The blue on the ground plane is recycled glass set about 2" thick over a gravel base. The blue on the wall plane is paint over concrete. Thanks, Cathy
