This is a hard garden to photograph, because at most times of the day, half of it is in full sun, while the other half is in full or partial shade. The contrasts are too stark for good photos. Here I caught it when the light was good. Photo by Steve Masley.

Remodeled Fireplace!
We covered the dated white brick with stacked slate and a 16x16 slate on the hearth. Then added a new mantle as well. Updated and modern!
How would you separate the bed from the rest of the room?
The photos are of the same area but taken from different angles. The entrance is where you see the bed.
