I believe that is an antique. This homeowner had amassed a house worth's of furniture for years while planning her renovation, including the tiles used in the dog bath.
This pet bath shows that you don't have to give up style for function. The homeowner incorporated antique transferware tile that complements the room's decor.

Im not sure what the washer/dryer make was because this homeowner had these before the remodel. However, he cabinetry opening for the laundry units was 81.5" tall x 31" wide x 32" deep.
