I have a very large open kitchen family room with grey swirled in the tile with white pickled cabinetry.what is the color? Would it be too dark with white trim? There is a lot of windows for light.
How to install the washer/dryer into such a small opening?
I too like the drying racks. I'm sure my cabinet guy can build. But what are your thoughts if the dowel rods are wooden/painted, how do those hold up with damp clothes hanging over them?

Unfortunately I don't. The developer selected this. I am pretty sure this is a fairly standard porcelain tile that you could get at a place like Century Tile.
