Any idea where a sliding door like that can purchased in Toronto?
To maintain the aspect of saving space a sliding door might be a great addition to this laundry area to keep the door from opening into the other space.
I have a very small laundry room, more like a closet. How could I make my door more useful to contain my detergent?
sliding door hardware as. Sliding doors are different than pocket doors but preferred by some for a few reasons. If any of the mechanics of a pocket door were to go wrong you would have to tear the wall down but that's not the case with sliding barn doors. Also, you can add a sliding door to an existing
This is actually a 30" swing door. You could get one like this in Toronto at a lumber yard. The washer dryer barely fit. We had to remove the door stop and reinstall with decorative washers in case the washer dryer needed to be removed.

Can you share the pocket door manufacturer?
Hi, I designed it with Frosted glass and the size of the pains and my contractor manufactured it. Then I faux painted the wood grain on the door.. Hope that helps?

Before Holgate moved in, the hall to the bathroom was lined with rows of mirrored closet doors.“I thought that keeping it closed off made it feel constricted,” he says. “I’m pretty anal about how I keep my clothes, so I decided to leave it open. It makes the space feel a lot more expansive.”

Are these Masonite door?. I love the retro 20's style and I am looking for a good source.
I assume you are referring to the interior door, not the cabinet doors. Try TM Cobb. It is a solid core door. If you are in Southern California, contact Taylor Brothers Architectural Products. They have several good sources for this style of door. Gina G. Moffitt, AIA
