“on the walls is a concrete finish applied to the cinder block (in a plaster like fashion) and was original to the home. I am assuming this, but it looks like it was left to cure in it's natural state and was neither stained nor painted.
As an alternative, I would suggest looking into Ralph Lauren Paints”
