This small laundry closet (that many new construction homes have these days) was made useful by adding a work surface to sort and fold clothes. The walls were clad in horizontally-applied stained pallet boards, complemented by a salvaged piece of granite. Pipes were used for shelf supports. TreHus completely renovated this classic 1903 home. Modern systems and conveniences were welcomed while existing finishes were left in place or honored in the choice of new finishes. A large cabinet in the bathroom houses the laundry machines.
