Oh, they're casements. Huh. We're doing single hungs so basically they're building 3 in a row and fusing them, just to keep the historical character of the rest of the house. Thanks for answering so quickly (and at all!). Love the *idea* of casements, but not sure they're that practical.
Lol! I'm sure you're joking as this one is real, but I've actually seen some stuffies that looked real from across the room. We have five of the real ones in my home. I'm having laundry room envy looking at this project. I wish!

How do you keep the washer & dryer from bumping together when the washer is spinning if they're that close together?

@mlbdaw - I thought I'd let you know that we built an addition for this family with a new kitchen, mud room etc... In order to save some cost, we re-used the old kitchen cabinets and had them painted. The new kitchen is fabulous, but everyone just loves the laundry room as well!
