I need to still add two more stripes on the wall to the left but I'm waiting for my husband to move the washing machine. It might be like this for a few more months... ;-)
The water heater is behind this wall and hidden by a curtain. We added frosted glass to the backdoor so we have a little privacy from the neighbors.

The laundry room also serves as a utility room. It is only 5' x 12' so we added horizontal stripes to add some dimension to the room.
Shaker cabinets, with their clean and simple look were used in this laundry room. What a unique paint job on the wall by the stairs!

We designed this home from the ground up to mirror a classic Seattle style of home from the 1920's. Called a Seattle Box or Four Square, it was a popular shingled design that arose as a reaction to the fussy exteriors of the Victorian era homes. With simple lines, the home has great street appeal...

A new mud room entrance was created from an old jalousies porch. It features a new powder room and Washer and Dryer. The sliding pocket door from the Mud Room into the house was an existing stain glass door from the original home that was repurposed.
