Well, it may be a tiny bit tragic, but in the grown-up world, order and organization equal an easy life, and a smart space like this would banish washday blues for good. This

What to do about laundry in a cute but tiny space
For 33 years I have been stashing my laundry in Citarella shopping bags stored behind the shower curtain, until there's enough to bring to a laundromat on West 4th Street. My adorable tiny Greenwich Village bathroom is too tight for even a laundry basket

7. Although it's a small laundry room, there's a lot to love in this tiny space. Stainless steel shelving and lighting work with the simple sink to make the room look almost industrial. Users also loved the glass containers

Love the whole laundry room design!
The black floor design, but with white tile and white grout, not cream

Can you share where these came from? This is a great example of function and design. Thanks for sharing!
Whole project. Btw not including "design" fees.
Great idea for tiny spaces keeping organized.

— albeit desperately dated — 600-square-foot bungalow. The kitchen is a nightmare for my husband, who loves to cook all over the kitchen, and the bathroom is the size of a postage stamp, with an old pedestal sink (old as in 1960s, not old as in charming vintage) and not a stitch of storage. Love the cabinets, design and floor. The wall paper takes away from everything and makes me dizzy!

Laundry in bathroom
Under counter laundry in bathroom. Avonite counter with integral sink. Slate flooring and Maple cabinets. Photograph by David Wakely.
What is the width of the bathroom (vanity and tall cabinet)?
Hi - When I designed this bathroom -- Avonite had two options for integral sinks -- and I preferred the depth of the square one KB1414 to the oval one. Here is the link to their current design guide - page 17 has the sink options. Hope this helps. Cathy
unevenness but nowhere close to something that would constitute a tripping hazard. I used this same tile in another bathroom and cut the 12 x 12's to 6 x 6 which looks nicer in a small bathroom and will reduce any offset due to the cleft finish even more. Thanks for the question -- Cathy
