Imagine the simplicity of these coming out to clean behind, plumbing touch ups, dust bunny removal etc..!?!? THIS is a Space Savers DREAM COME TRUE!
The back wall is 2x6" deep, which is probably deep enough to handle the 4" dryer exhaust vent, which goes up inside the wall to the attic and comes out the roof. The back wall is 30" AFF to 60" AFF. This is the location of the access panel located in the side wall of the closet behind the laundry closet

The units themselves are approximately 38" tall to the height to the bottom of the upper opening to remove clothes out of the dryer is approximately 54" high, which is low enough to see and retrieve all pieces easily. this is fit inside a standard height door opening

Thankfully, those are the easiest thing in the space to switch out. They were put in by a staging company during the sale of the house by the developer. I'm sure those are back in the warehouse where they belong ;
with natural or slightly cedar stain. I asked the developer who ordered them and he does not remember the specifics of those cabinets. If I find out, I will follow up. Take care.
