Clearly you have hit a home run with this plan but many of us are too far to use you as a designer. Have you considered selling this design plan that is already done, complete
fireplace, rug and swatches of the soft textiles and paint and vendors of off the shelf items. So many of us would like to emulate the design in our own homes. Well done Paul this is exactly what my husband and I are looking for in a living room!

A young Mexican couple approached us to create a streamline modern and fresh home for their growing family.
