When do you know to extend a window design? My windows in my living room are separated by a small piece of wall. I am trying to decide to bring the rods higher of just above the window line. My windows are sunk in and currently covered with blinds
There is no reason to re-paint unless the original color has faded or is damaged. However, if you have re-decorated with new colors or you're just bored with your existing paint and want something fresh, then by all means, go for it!
