great design in a small space! Can you please tell me how high the ceilings and how deep the cabs? Thx
The fireplace stone is lovely. Do you mind telling me the name of the granite/marble used here?
could you tell me the dimensions of this living space? thanks
Do you know what paint and color was used in this room? Thanks! I love the design.
deep? Wow deceiving!. Would love to have the room for cabs that deep. It's a great look. Thanks for the feedback and sharing your beautifully designed spaces for inspiration.

sculptural stools is so much more functional? Use them clustered together between parties, then divvy them up when guests arrive to be used as extra side tables and seats. A cushy, upholstered ottoman will also work splendidly and will provide more space for spreading out or putting feet on — perfect

Love everything. Is the coffee table an antique? Size of this space?
The coffee table is actually an antique reproduction. This is an extremely large space--roughly 60'Lx30'W. There are two occasional vignettes, and one dining vignette in this one space. It is a private fly-fishing retreat built to accommodate 40 guests at once.
use of ottoman and coffee table
uses both coffee table and bench together
I like the large flat sitting bench in front of the coffee table. I wonder if this could be made so it could be used for a guest bed?
This is another ingenious use of ottoman as multipurpose piece. It visually expands the space while acting as a footstool for one of the chairs, and (I’m pretty sure you are getting this point) offers additional seating. Marrying it to that really interesting wooden bench adds so much verve to the design

Where did you purchase the white urn from? It looks like the perfect size for a space I'm trying to fill.

What fabrics are used here? Or which fabrics would you consider "kid" friendly?
I love the ottoman, did you use real or faux leather?
What color leather did you use on the ottoman?
I actually have two questions, first, are those hidden speakers above the cabinetry? If so, what did you use to cover the front of them? Second, I have am building a home and have a similarly sized room, and I'm try to decide if I have room for doors on the
Saundra, the size of an ottoman for a space is determined by the size of your room and the arrangement of furnishings/sizes you have selected. Space Planning allows you to determine the best size for your individual space...hope this helps!
and we will be happy to refer you to a one in your area. Thank you @LindaBurkhardt for using our Norris Ottoman in this gorgeous room!

18. Situated just off a big open kitchen, this contemporary living room makes great use of a long great room. Users loved that this space mixed recognizable products from CB2 and Restoration Hardware, but with touches of personal style.

Main Level Remodel
granite countertops, and Brazilian Cherry flooring upgraded this dated space into the modern upscale look the designer envisioned. We also removed the center island and added a smaller “floating” island on wheels that made the kitchen space more open and functional. Once the partition walls came down,
load bearing wall has me worried. Can you recommend someone perhaps? I love what you have done to this space!
What paint treatment did you use on these 8' ceilings? Beautiful!!
Great use of paint to give illusion of ceilings higher than 8'!! Fantastic remodel!
We used wood mouldings with metalic faux paint between. Thanks!
25. Take down a wall. Opening up your living space will help it flow better and feel more spacious. It will also get you thinking about how rooms can do double duty.

Do you happen to know what fabric was used for the chairs? I'm reupholstering my dining room chairs and love that purple color.
good use of small living space with living cum study set up
Cool idea for my library. Could literally put a small table & chairs Voila. Work space, study space
Side of window seat with column shaped rests w/open shelving or hidden cabinet space. Above less deep lining wall is book case either side as well. Nice
I like the table and more space by the window
Here, a dining table and chairs are placed near a window bench. This is a wonderful, space-saving way to accommodate extra dinner guests.

I love this concept... I have a corner with aprox 50" of available corner space, more on the other side... is that enough space to create this look? What are the dimensions of your walls?
off whie and wood use existing table
use of loose cushions to keep from hitting ledge?
different concept, modern design, and great for small space
the designer took advantage of the dual windows and created a dining area with a view. If the homeowner decides to change the location of the dining space, the table is removed to reveal the perfect window seat.
