Could you please tell me the depth and width of your coffers? We have 10'ceilings and the room is 23' x 23' so we are worried about making the coffers too small. Thank you so much for your help!
Thank you. The ceiling height is 10 feet. The beams are approximately 10" deep by 8" wide. The French Doors are 8' tall. Gary Dresser Dresser Homes
Coffer ceilings are very classic; trey ceilings are not...these will last a lifetime! Beautiful!
good looking, economical option. Antique timbers are also nice if they blend with the architectural style. I think the coffered ceiling is more classical than the "1980's trey" and will continue to be popular. Gary Dresser Dresser Homes
you Gary. I'm going to go with the Crema Marfil. I thought it might be a bit light against the white fireplace, but I think it is a great clean and classic look that is neutral enough pair with anything.

clean lines and very little pattern. The architecture will stand out while still giving you a space that feels serene.High ceiling tip: For ceilings 10 feet tall or higher, consider a rule of thumb allowing 1" of width for each foot of ceiling height. This isn't a hard and fast rule, and it doesn't work

Beautiful work! I am going for a similar look in my kitchen with a classic subway and white cabinets. Curious to know the grout color used, brand and color if possible. Debating whether to use a bright white or an off- white
How tall are the ceilings in this house? I am struggling to decide between 9ft and 10 ft ceilings. I love the comfortable yet clean feeling this home projects. Do you think its ceiling height helps project that feeling? Thank you.
What is the size of the crown molding? We are building a very similar room (also 10' ceilings). Thanks
10'. 10' Is a great look for having windows above exterior doors and it feels "grand". My personal feeling is that 9' is more intimate.
I'm guessing the whole kit-and-caboodle comes to about 64" off othe floor. Assuming a 42" wide fireplace plus 18" of granite, 24" of mantel legs and 10" of crown moulding and shelf, the mantel shelf is 94" overal width. Of course, I could be completely wrong and it's only the 36" model, in which case
