he is your classic whole-to-part person. If you are having trouble picking up on the clues, here is a sure-fire test: Ask the client how he reads books. Does he read slowly and carefully without ever skipping a paragraph? He is a part to whole. On the other hand, if (like me) he reads the last page

Color Coded Books on the shelf
color coded books in a blue and white living room
The books in blocks of color
Color coordinated. The custom shelving unit and the book styling in this traditional living room are stunning. The designer grounds the space with neutral furnishings and layers on splashes of color by way of book spines.
Bonus: It will give you an excuse to peruse all of your favorite old books!
Colour coded. Those who have discovered the joy of colour-coding their bookshelves will understand when I say, just do it. Walking into a room with books arranged by colour is one of those secret ingredients that give a room
rearranging your tomes by the colour of their spines rather than the topic for a change. As a bonus it will give you an excuse to peruse your favourite old books!

the load of the books causes the studs in the wall to deflect, even a little, it could cause the drywall to crack and/or the drywall screws to pop. The more the load of the books, the more problems that can be caused. However, if you're willing to be selective in the number of books on the shelf, your
materials and cost. Is it structurally sound? If you're planning on filling the shelves full of books [like in the Thorn project] you'll be looking at about 30-50 lbs per linear foot [up to 200 lbs for 4 feet of books]. More importantly, the 12-14 inch cantilever off the wall creates a downward pulling, moment
