We added that chair to our collection 3 years ago. But I've seen very similar ones at Moe's Home Furnishing.
The light walls with lots of natural light allow the room to feel bright and spacious, I love the accent of red with the couch. My favourite design style is using a neutral base and livening it up with a small splash of accent colour, and then building the rest of the space with complimenting colours

We're not entirely sure... The fireplace was installed after we staged this home. We were able to find out it's a gas fireplace made of Jerusalem stone. Wish we could tell you more!
