I just visited several stone studios and they tell me its Labradorite Granite and not quartz. I would have to purchase the whole slab of granite to use a portion, so is it a different material
the store/granite store sales person says that the fireplace surrounds are granite, labradorite, i tried to say it was quartz and they looked confused. is it Granite? I would jave to buy the whole slab to do
Stone around fireplace is Labradorite Jade - it's a quartz. Height of TV is comfortable. No problem watching (no neck strain) even for little ones. Fireplace paint is Benjamin Moore - Quarry Rock #1568 High
you want to watch t.v. you just slide the door back. I would paint this cabinet the same color as the fire place and have it made to look like it a natural part of the structure. The idea would be so that when not in use, you can't see that monstrosity!!

the trim in a semigloss same color but the ceilings r stucco white ,will it look odd? the stack stone is a white with beige and my counters r white quartz with dark cabinet and light hardwood ! or should i paint the trim white ???
