Nice rooms. Pendants over island. Wall color. Island color (other cabinets are a little too dark). Light and airy window coverings (although I don't like the tab tops). Dining room fixture. Fun wall clock.

Exterior wall all glass to look out on courtyard. Have fireplace done in pondstone instead. No brick. Two sided fire place, so there's a fire place on the other side too. TV where painting is.

system? I'd like to replace the window units in our 1930's era beach cottage. There is no crawl space nor room for duct work. Have heard of other/newer ways to accomplish this, wondering if this may be for that purpose.
