Questions2
Is the plant real or a really good fake? If fake, where can I get one?
Looks like the plant belongs to the fern family
Bring in some life with a plant. High-rise homes often have large columns that can make the corner space even more awkward. In this home a tall plant adds a wild shape and large sprigs of green to all the clean, modern lines and neutral colors
brown leaves once or twice a year, or as you see them appearing. The old foliage of many palms needs to be periodically removed and doesn't mean the plant is struggling.
n.As is clearly seen here, at least two Kentia palms are often needed in one container for a full-looking arrangment, depending on the size of the plants.

Incorporation of plants into the space.
Group plants together. A group of plants looks cheery on a winter’s day, but it does more than lift spirits — plants grouped together stay healthier and dry out less often than those kept apart. Try lining a windowsill with potted plants, set up a plant stand or group several small
The lack of a suitable window ledge is overcome here by the owner displaying plants on a coffee table. Achieve a harmonious effect with an orderly line-up, mixing the scale and textures of the plants, but keeping the pots fairly uniform.
