I was the photographer. Almost everything in this carriage house and adjoining Main House was custom made or a one-of-a-kind vintage piece. For detailed information check out the digital edition of New Hampshire

Notice the use of carriage bolts along with the appropriate hardware in which to hold ceiling trusses together. MLB
Love the feel of this room - the tall windows (almost like transoms at the top there), timbers (though they'd have to be stained a light cherry) and wood ceiling (light cherry). This room a little too contemporary for us - we want a more rustic

I love the cottage shed and would like to see more photos of it (inside) and floor plans if possible. Thx!

Can you describe the cottage shed a little? If it sounds interesting I'd be glad to purchase the plan. I'm looking for a mountain style shed/cottage that can used for storage or a guest cottage. The outside look perfect. Thx
We like the look of the bypass hardware. My carpenter framed the rough opening for a 6' bifold set. What width of doors do we need to fit that opening? and what would the width of track be?
Beam like door framing--- so easy!

This is exactly what I am looking for a cottage we are building. I will need one in two wks. What is the time frame for a hook-up loft ladder like this one? The color is excellent too! (we have doug fir beams & alder kitchen cabinets.)
first time I went skiing as a kid, we stayed in an A-frame mountain house complete with a potbelly stove and a sleeping loft where my best friend and I bunked. In this photograph, I like how you have to take a ladder to get to the loft of this A-frame cabin, and also how the ladder doubles to reach both
