the tall windows! Do you know the height of the ceiling and how tall the windows are? Is the bay window seat 18" tall? We are planning an 18" bay window seat with 7' tall windows in a 9' ceiling. I am worried that the windows might look too tall and skinny, but these look great. Thanks!
has a very deep set window and would like this idea. The best idea I've seen so far for this type window. Mine is not a window seat. It is to high to be a window seat. It is just a very deep sill, about 18-24 " deep.I haven't measured it yet. Any other ideas for that type of window? I don't know what
used for this window, is it possible to use one long, solid rod in a bay window, with only three supporting brackets - one in the middle and one on each end?

expensive window treatments. To optimize views, consider plain white windows with crisp molding and trim. Save the fussy treatments for the city.
10. Let the color from the surrounding landscape shine through. If you have bright white walls and no privacy issues, consider skipping window treatments

It features a coffered ceiling and a Rumford fireplace composed of repurposed barn beams and fieldstone to tie into the home's exterior. The large windows provide natural light and showcase the pastoral views (note the red barn). Photo Credit: David Bader Interior Design Partner: Becky Howley

Elegant Living room, Detailed window arching.
where can i get those chairs and windows?
can i get a trellis like this added to my "normal" paned double hung windows?
I wanted to order a all bevelled glass window for the top of my main enterance door but can not find anyone to do it for me. I have a new construction home which we are building as we speak. Thank
glass studio can make these windows reinforced with zinc rods. Plan on $100 per square foot. Some places sell glue-on lead came (it is called 'came.') If you really want this look in real, beveled glass, maybe $400 per square foot is more realistic.
Hi. Beautiful windows!! They look like beveled
leaded glass. I would think it would be too heavy and thick to add to your existing windows. But you could try a faux technique as described in the attached link: http://www.ehow.com/how_4919477_create-faux-leaded-glass-window.html
