Where do I get this sort of bunk bed from?
Where did you get the bunk beds?
I am very sorry but that's an old piece and I don't remember where it is from. It was part of a train play set and it came with a rolling drawer that fit bellow to hold the tracks and trains. It did come from a toy store I remember that much.

4' loft in a 10' home...could do in any room for a way to have guest sleeping area as well as functional storage underneath without having to sacrifice too much space.

How high do you feel the ceilings need to be in order to accommodate a loft?
we are moving to a house in colorado and one of the rooms has a loft. i love the decor for a boys room.
bedroom with two girls in it. We didn't have the ceiling height for bunk beds but did have room for a trundle. This is the one we used:

I imagine bunk beds with a trundle might
double bunk with a single on top? Also instead of a trundle she could try a murphy bed, although they can be expensive. If anyone in the family is handy you can buy murphy bed kits online and build one as well.
